I am a strength and conditioning coach, a sport massage therapist and a certified ART practitioner. I combine training and nutritional education to help my clients to achieve massive improvements in body composition and overall health. I have been educated by some of the world's best trainers; including Olympic athlete coaches, strongman champions and leading nutritional specialists. I train my in-person clients out of my studio in london, UK or in private gyms.

I also provide an online coaching service for people all over the world.
