My story

In a nutshell…

I am a strength and conditioning coach, a sport massage therapist and a certified ART practitioner. I combine training and nutritional education to help my clients to achieve massive improvements in body composition and overall health.
I have over 6 years of experience in diet and training, and have been educated by some of the world's best trainers; including Olympic athlete coaches, strongman champions and leading nutritional specialists.
I train my in-person clients out of my studio in london, UK or in private gyms. i also provide an online coaching service for people all over the world.

To go a bit further...

Seven years ago, I was not healthy, fit, confident or positive. I was not happy. I was very low on self esteem. I thought that I was simply different than all the other slim pretty girls I saw because I just did not have the ‘right’ genetics. I used food to try and make myself feel better.
Then, at the very lowest point, I decided that I simply wouldn’t settle for being this average version of myself any more, in any way. I had made a conscious decision to do everything in my power to be the best version of me I could be. Not for anyone else, just for me. And I swore from that day on, I would never just settle for anything in life. I would always strive to be better; be the best I could be. None of this has been easy. But I would not change it for the world and I know in my heart that I would not have found my calling in helping others were it not for my own issues with health. I would not have found my passion for helping people achieve their goals and address some of their demons the way I now help them were it not for my own past.
Changes and progress do not happen overnight and are not easy; consistency and commitment are required as well as truly enjoying the process. However I know and am living proof that you can start from any point, set yourself any goal and if you stay focused on this goal and believe in its achievement, then with the right help no challenge is too great and no objective unattainable.
Achieving your overall health and fitness goals through bespoke training solutions is what I do. I do hope this website will give you the guidelines to start or improve your health and fitness journey and give you the tool and strength to be the person you want to be.
The most successful people in the world are successful because they refused to give up. But most importantly, they believed in their own ability. When everyone else doubted them, wanted them to fail and felt they would never amount to anything, they stayed focused, kept their eye on their goal, and believed in themselves! Great things, take time to achieve them. Nothing in life worth having comes easy. Believe in yourself, in your own abilities, never doubt yourself. If you want something bad enough, nothing and no one will stand in your way of getting it.

As a coach there are a few core principles I stand by. I believe if you go about your fitness journey by these guidelines, it’ll prove to be an extremely fun and enjoyable road!

Patience is key

You will not have your dream body overnight, not even in a few months. With health, strength and fitness (and many other things in life) there is no quick fix. Transforming your body takes time, consistency and discipline. Health is always our top priority, so we will do everything the healthy way. No crash diets, no fad detox teas and no miracle fat vanishing wrap. By sticking to the plan, keeping a healthy diet, training with intensity, getting your cardio done and being patient, you will have results.

Do not compare yourself to others

I strongly ask that my clients do not let themselves get caught up in analyzing and comparing their progress to anyone else’s. Someone may be well into their fitness journey, while you are just barely beginning. One person’s progress, beauty or strengths do not negate your own. If you have time to worry about what others are doing, you aren't focused enough on your own journey. Focus on YOU!

Take responsibility for yourself

Many times I get the question “How do you stay motivated? It’s simple – the fact that I am not where I want to be is enough motivation alone. Don’t rely on someone to say “You can do it, get your workout done!” Find that motivation within yourself! Ask yourself, “Why do I want to change?” Think of an honest answer, and then you will find your motivation.

Have fun

Training should never feel like punishment. As a coach, I want my clients to look forward to their workouts every day. Sure, you will have to display some discipline if you want to change, but in doing so, you should never feel miserable or unhappy. Everybody deserves to wake up feeling happy and confident in their skin, my goal is to help each and every one of my clients accomplish that.
