Everyone has different expectations, requirements, starting points and whether you want to:

It does not matter, whether you are a lover of fitness and regularly exercise already, are a busy business person who struggles to make time for exercise or a parent with children who needs to fit in focusing on themselves around the family. I work with everyone to help them achieve their personal fitness and body goals.

Everybody is different and so is the ideal nutritional intake for you.

The good news is the diet is the simplest part of your health and fitness regime. Once i have shown you the way of eating that best suits you, you can stick with it and feel and look great for the rest of your life.

Keep in mind there is no diet secret but only your desire and hunger to find and stick to your own plan. Do not go looking to anyone else to do it for you because in the end we can all justify away any eating choice that we want.

How consistent and methodical you are with your diet will control the magnitude of your results. Nothing else that you do will make as much of a difference to the way you look and feel.

A well-planned eating strategy will help support any training programme, whether you are training for fitness or for competition; promote efficient recovery between workouts; reduce the risk of illness or overtraining, and help you to achieve your best performance. You may have heard that nutrition is 80% of your result and training 20%, well you can forget any kind of variation of this ratio and attribute 100% for both.
